'Young writers making a splash' is the fourth annual art work celebrating the young writers and Mr Basil Sellers AM who is both an art collector and a philanthropist for the young writer program.
The young writer program falls under PSI – Press Service International – which in turn is a ministry of Well-Being Australia which developed the philosophy of providing young people a literary outlet.
