On the 28th and 29th of May this year, Pass On the Fire Ministry and More Than Conquerors Church are holding a history changing community Gospel rally in Brisbane.
The family friendly Rally will include local community leaders, politicians, church elders, traditional land owners and other various groups. There will be a formal ceremony, presentations, praise and worship and testimonies. Free meals will be provided with fellowship and sharing.
All people are encouraged to come and join together with their Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander brothers and sisters, bridging the national divide between Indigenous and non-Indigenous Australia.
Sammy Leone of Pass On the Fire Ministry says the rally is to "bring about the healing of the nation". He cites 2 Chronicles chapter 7 verse 14 as the key: If my people who are called by My name, shall humble themselves and pray, and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways; then I will hear from heaven; and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.

He explains it further as "the true history of the nation of Australia has not been spoken about and acknowledged by the government and many of the nation. Of recent times there have been controversial changes to the history books such as which was reported recently on March 30th 2016 when the UNSW stated Australia as being "invaded" and not settled."

"The scripture quoted explains the blessings that this nation will receive once the people humble themselves, pray to God and turn from their wicked ways. This rally will allow the process acknowledgment the past, repenting of it, and turning from our wicked ways, ultimately resulting in the healing of the land, both spiritually and physically."
The Restoration Rally will be at 421 Beams Road, Zillmere from 4.30pm on Saturday the 28th of May and from 10am on Sunday the 29th of May. If anyone has a passion to further the move of reconciliation in this nation, please contact Sammy at passonthefireministry@gmail.com.
