|PIC1|BCA national director, the Rev'd Canon Brian Roberts in his opening address, said it was originally thought 60-65 delegates would attend, but 130 people had eventually registered.
"The conference was an investment in time, energy, and the resources of BCA", he said.
"For BCA staffers, it was an encouragement in their ministry".
Delegates came from every Australian state, the Northern Territory, and Norfolk Island. They came from as close as Launceston suburbia, Bass Strait islands, Kangaroo Island, to remote locations such as Blackwater and Winton Qld, Coober Pedy SA, Newman, Paraburdoo, and Perth WA, Alice Springs and Darwin NT, and Broken Hill, Gilgandra, Lightning Ridge, and Mogo NSW.
"God's heart is missional, and has taken us to himself, and we want others to enjoy the same", said Canon Roberts.
"With BCA's help we're out to hold God's line. A high level of dynamics and energy is important, so that we can be sensitive to people and introduce them to the Lord and Jesus Christ.
