Nintendo has unveiled a new trailer for 'Pokémon Sun and Moon', showcasing new additions to gameplay, including Z-Moves, special Pokemon, Alola forms, Island Challenges, gym battles, and Pokémon rides.
The game is designed for gamers to observe new Pokémon along with latest forms of older and legendary Pokémon, known as Alola Forms, which will enhance the abilities of the monsters. Three Pokémon from the series' first generation, will appear with changes in their abilities and some type changes.
The Pokémon in Alola Forms:
Exeggutor, a Grass and Psychic-type, which has been changed into a Grass and Dragon-type with the ability Frisk.
Vulpix and Ninetales, an Ice-type and then Ice plus Fairy-type with the ability Snow Cloak and have sufficient power to crush rocks.
Sandshrew and Sandslash, a sand-type, which has been changed into an Ice and Steel-type with an ability Snow Cloak and Ice Needles.
Other new Pokémon include the bird type 'Oricorio', 'Minior' a new Rock-Flying type with the ability Shield Down, and 'Gumshoos' the evolved form of Yungoose with abilities Stakeout and Strong Jaw. The game also has Legendary Pokemon including Solgaleo (Psychic-Steel type) and Lunala (Psychic-Ghost type).
The update also includes Pokémon ride for trainers, allowing players to ride different Pokémon in the 'Sun and Moon' version to cross barriers and obstacles. Ridable creatures include Sharpedo, Mudsdale, Charizard and Tauros.
The new designs also incorporate the Island Challenge in Sun and Moon. It looks like it will take the place of Gym Leaders, but it has not been confirmed.
Another new feature is the Z-Moves, which has been shown in previous trailers. Gamers will be able to use this massive attack once in match and supposedly, there will be a different move for each type.
Pokémon Sun and Moon is rumored to be released in North America and Japan on November 18, while Europe will get the game of November 23, this year.
