Addy was transformed into a purple-haired superstar to feature in a 5 minute video, singing her own rendition of Katy Perry's hit single "Roar".
According to The Hollywood Reporter, the foundation reported that creating the music video has helped kept Addy strong and positive during her medical treatments.
The Make-A-Wish foundation is a non-profit organisation that grants wishes to children with life threatening medical conditions.
