Nicole Kidman graced the red carpet on the premiere of Paddington, which was held on December 6, 2014 at Event Cinemas George Street in Sydney. As she talked about the movie, the actress fondly remembered her late father and told Daily Mail Australia, "My papa would have loved this movie."
The 47-year-old actress looked fresh and stunning in a Vera Wang dress as she walked hand in hand with her mother who attended the premiere with her.
Their family suffered a terrible loss when Nicole's father suddenly died last September from a cardiac arrest while visiting her sister in Singapore. They all felt devastated because of the tragedy.
Recalling how generous her father was of his admiration for her work, Nicole Kidman adds, "... he pretty much loved all the things I did, he was biased."
Paddington is based on the children's book Paddington Bear written by Michael Bond. The blonde actress portrays the role of Millicent, a museum owner who was always on the hunt for the bear.
