The Duggar family from the cancelled TLC show "19 Kids and Counting" have come under fire once again for deciding to push through with the new documentary called "Jill and Jessa: Counting On."
Critics are now accusing the family of making money out of the heartache endured by Anna, the wife of eldest son Josh Duggar, who has admitted his infidelity to his wife and is now undergoing rehab for his porn addiction.
According to Raw Story, people are bashing the TLC network and the Duggar family, seeing them as "money-hungry people" who have stooped "to the lowest of lows" for disregarding Anna's feelings.
A Facebook user named Sue Jessee expressed anger against the Duggar family and suggested that they should be helping Anna heal instead of "pimping" her out. "You should be encouraging Anna to get the heck out of your family and get her children to safety away from their child-molesting father!" she commented. "Hypocrites, beggars, lazy non-working grifters that will do anything for money. Get a freaking job and get Anna and her kids out of there!"
Amy Coker Pascoe also agreed, saying that it was an "interesting advertising tool" for them to use "Anna's tragedy" to generate ratings, money, and reality TV fame.
"Disgusting how TLC & the Duggars will use Anna to gain sympathy yet dissed her in August for not being joyfully available to her husband. I am done with TLC," said Elaine Ewing Spangler.
Meanwhile, Linda Case viewed the documentary as a "sham" for "coercing Anna to contribute like she's forgiven that pig of a husband, especially now with Josh's girlfriend suing him for assault and battery."
She believes that Anna's statements are all for show and she is probably saying those things under the manipulation of her in-laws.
"The Duggars are so sick. No child should be allowed in any of these households," she angrily added.
