One is familiar with passages that urge faith in God (Mark 11:22); faith in Christ (Acts 24:24), faith in Christ Jesus ((Gal 3:26); faith in the Lord Jesus (Eph 1:15), but only in Romans 3:25 is faith in His blood mentioned:
Whom God has set forth to be a propitiation through faith in His blood, to declare His righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God.
The rest of the book is about how the blood of Jesus justifies those who put their faith in Him and the things that are theirs as a result, but this verse demonstrates that the blood of Jesus also justified God, and His forbearance of past sins because of His plan that in Christ, He would pay for them Himself.
The book sets out to give readers a meditation for each day of a 31-day month, to make them more familiar with the work of the blood, and to ground their faith more surely in it. It does this by educating the reader on matters relating to the blood, such as covenant, cleansing, forgiveness, redemption, translation into the Kingdom of God, justification, reconciliation, peace with God, and many more.
In Dr Rajan's own words, "Faith only comes through one way, which is the word of God.
"Romans 10:17 'So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.'
"Therefore, in order for us to walk in faith in His blood, we need to continually hear from the word what the blood of Jesus has done for us."
As one reads the book each day, it will build faith in one's heart and one will know the power of the blood of Jesus, Dr Rajan says.
With headings like The Blood of Jesus Christ Made the Way, The Blood of Jesus Christ Cleanses Us, The Blood of Jesus Christ Provides Us Forgiveness, The Blood of Jesus Christ Has Redeemed Us, and 27 other headings, one becomes immersed in the comprehensive role played by the blood of the Lord Jesus Christ.
Within each revelation are gems to delight those seeking a closer walk with God. Gems like the role the blood plays of gathering God's people to Him through its ratification of the covenant (Hebrews 13:20:
Gather my saints together unto me: those that have made a covenant with me by sacrifice. (Psalm 50:5)
Gems like the observation that 1 John 1:7 - the scripture that says that if one walks in the light as God is in the light, one has fellowship each with the other, and the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses one from all sin - is in the present tense. "I'm sure you will be glad and joyful to know that the blood of Jesus Christ that was shed for you two thousand years ago is cleansing you right now," Dr Rajan says.
Dr Rajan also points out that the words "all sin" in 1 John 1:7 are important in letting one know that the blood of Jesus Christ cleanses one from all sin. "When we have a consciousness of the blood of Jesus, it removes from us the consciousness of guilt," he says.
In respect of this, he says in another place that because the blood of Jesus has been shed for all, one has forgiveness for all unrighteousness, something that the blood of bulls and goats could never afford those who depended on it in the days before Jesus' sacrifice, since bulls and goats were a substitutionary sacrifice, and the effect could be only temporary, needing to be renewed year by year.
Dr Rajan points out that redemption is a legal term meaning a price has been paid to buy back a property. The blood of Jesus was the price for man to be redeemed, he says.
Not only redemption, but atonement was achieved by the blood, he shows, citing Leviticus 17:11 to demonstrate that blood was necessary to atone for the shortcomings of one's soul, and to make one at-one with God:
For the life of the flesh is in the blood: and I have given it to you upon the altar to make an atonement for your souls: for it is the blood that maketh an atonement for the soul.
It is the blood that translated one into the Kingdom of God, Dr Rajan says, in that it was when the blood sacrifice of Jesus was accepted by one as one's means of forgiveness that one was translated out of the kingdom of darkness into the Kingdom of God.
Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of His dear Son: through whom we have redemption through His blood, even the forgiveness of sins.

The blood of Jesus has changed one's position, Dr Rajan says.
"So." Dr Rajan says, "God, through the blood of His Son has translated you from:
1. Bondage to freedom
2. Calamity to peace
3. Sickness and disease to health
4. Death to life
5. Tragedy to safety
6. Lack to abundance
7. Curse to the blessing of Abraham
8. Sorrow to joy and peace"
Romans 5:9 says the blood of Jesus Christ justifies one, Dr Rajan says, adding that there is not anyone who does not need that justification because in the words of Romans 3:23, All have sinned, and come short of the glory of God.
"Justification through the blood of Jesus sets us free from works," Dr Rajan says. "We are not justified by our own works; we are justified because of the shed blood of Jesus."
Dr Rajan goes on to say that if the truth of justification through the blood of Jesus is continually in one's thoughts and consciousness, it will set one free from negative thoughts with which the enemy tries to bombard one.
"The blood of Jesus Christ has justified me, just as if I have never sinned," he says, urging one to make it one's own confession.
