|PIC1|Mark Tronson, chairman of Well-Being Australia, had noted in several supporter emails that he was making significant changes to the web site in order to give the e-ministry a very fresh appearance.
Peter Scotland very graciously spent three days setting up the new system. Mr Scotland is a former Channel 7 head engineer who turned to Christian camping for three years for 'post corporate life Christian service' and has looked after the Well Being Australia website and advised on the e-ministry over many years.
"It was a wonderful privilege having Peter Scotland visit us for this all important task." M V Tronson explained. "He has been able to help us to re-examine what our priorities are in our e-ministry and how to emphasise aspects of the website to enhance our message, using up-to-date technologies that have demonstrated an appeal to our readers."
"This Dell 'Small Business' system does not come as a package off the shelf. Instead, once we knew of the donation, Peter Scotland ordered the components required to best engage in Well-Being Australia ministry," M V Tronson mused. "Peter was selective, as, with his experience with our ministry combined with his technical background, he knew what was needed to serve our e-constituency."
The Dell 'Small Business' system computer came with all the requested components working. The first all-important task was to save everything from the existing computer onto an external hard drive before again selectively choosing what files and programs to bring back to the new system.
"The entire process took a full three days. We also had fun experimenting with various video productions that we had already done on the old system and deciding which video settings were best for the new enterprise," stated Mark Tronson. He noted that the Joshua one-minute bible teaching series had been on hold as Peter Scotland had spent four months in Western Australia assisting his very elderly parents.
"An Australian Sport CEO told me last week that he had missed my one-minute video bible teachings," M V Tronson commented. "However, readers can be reassured that the Joshua series is now back in full swing, with the No.9 one-minute video ready to view right now."
He added that the website now also has a number of other new-look short videos -
