    Caritas Australia is calling on the pharmaceutical company Roche to refocus attention to developing paediatric HIV medications this World AIDS Day. In the twentieth Anniversary year of the Convention of the Rights of the Child Caritas has launched the international campaign "HAART for Children: greater Access to Paediatric HIV and TB testing and treatment."

    The 19th Retired Australian Cricketers Bi-Annual Newsletter published on the 30 November, highlighted the importance of \'Respite\'. This newsletter was initiated in 30 November 2000 when Australian cricket team chaplain of 17 years, Mark Tronson, moved sideways at to develop Life After Cricket as part of his Well-Being Australia ministry.

The Roman Catholic Church continues to exclude women from the priesthood and large numbers of evangelicals continue to argue that in creation God subordinated the woman to the man and for this reason men should lead in the home and the church.

    The second book in the "Francy and Friends" series by RU4Kidz, "Lenny the Lying Lemur" was launched on Sunday, 22nd November, 2009, in the Menai Anglican Church, Sydney. The author, Mrs Jen Anderson, was assisted by her husband Tim Anderson, who served as MC for the meeting. The guest speaker was Major Ron Anderson AFSM, of The Salvation Army, Senior Chaplain of the Rural Fire Service. Also present was the Hon. Danna Vale MP, the local Federal Member for the area.
