No bad dogs
I recently found a book in my house titled, "No Bad Dogs." It is written by a woman who is a dog trainer. The book gives tips on training your dog. When I found the book I decided to have a quick look inside. .

Go on…'Dream bigger' - Part II
In my previous article I shared the story of how God invited me to Africa to renew my faith, where I met Pastor Surpresa of Iris Ministries. In one of his trips to the Democratic Republic Congo (DRG), through concern about the state of its poor, he asked me to join him and pray for \'workers for the harvest\' (Matthew 9 verses 37 - 38). Later in 2005 I met one of the answers to this prayer, Cassandra Bassnet.

Volunteerism: A thorn in the foot.
We're all meant to do our bit, right? Contribute to society at large, with our goodwill, service, talents and generosity. It's age-old custom, good for civilisation and good for us, actually – to partake in making the greater good, well – good.

Europe backpacking - No plans and Gods plans
On 10 January I set flight to Paris. I had a wedding in Glasgow Scotland to attend which was where my brother was to be wed. Until hearing of this arrangement I had never had plans on going to Europe. It seemed I was interested in everywhere else. But with what was possibly a once in a lifetime trip I decided I would make "a little adventure".

I'm the Man.
Puberty has been a wonderful gift to me. Although it never ended up giving me any height, it has given me a lot hair. In the best places too. I've acquired the ability to grow facial hair with above average coverage and I'm always more than a little bit pleased when I can see my chest hair making a guest appearance in photos. It's turning into a sweet rug under this shirt of mine.

Recording audio at church - my solutions
A while ago I was asked if I could start recording the Sunday sermon at our church by those who ran the Sunday school and un order that those often away might listen to the sermon at a later date. As I\'m regarded as the "head tech" in our congregation and generally interested in technology, I agreed to investigate the idea and implement a recording system.

Remember my name
Have you ever imagined your own funeral? It's a pretty morbid thought really and yet, intriguing. You get thinking about where it would be, who would be there and more importantly, who would miss you. But when I think about death and funerals, I know it to be more of a celebration of their life and the person who they were.

Four ways people value themselves (and what the Bible says)
Imagine for a moment that you have two mums (for purely analogical purposes). On one hand, you have the soccer mum shouting out inspirational pearls of wisdom from the sidelines which stroke your ego. "Love yourself!" "Believe in yourself!" "You are beautiful, wonderful, intelligent and capable!" But to believe these things you have to close one ear to the more negative voices as you trip over the ball and eat some grass.
