The Olympic events were exciting but they are not the places to have a deep conversation with an athlete, coach or manager. The Olympic Village was one of the places for that. Daily in the Olympic Village I was talking with athletes and officials. I got very close to the Belarus team (I speak Russian) and have had a great time sharing with the top management, the coaches, the athletes as well as the humble transport manager. .
