Do not dare not to dare

Do not dare not to dare

Leaving Sydney on the Saturday morning a few days after New Years Day the sun was out, it was a clear blue sky and the summer weather was on par with the time of year. Landing in Hobart a few hours later was another world away - cold, wet and an Antarctic wind that no jacket or jumper could keep out. .

  • Parents, do you share the gospel with your kids?

My passion in life is young people and Jesus. I honestly think that Christian youth will change the world because of their faith. Simply put, they believe in God and act on that even if it seems crazy.

  • My view, your view, whose view????

A December to remember Over the December period, I attended a camp for leaders of Inter School Christian Fellowship (known internationally as Intervarsity). During this camp there were scheduled small groups, one of which I led for two days. • Kiwis flying high

We kiwis are a proud sporting nation, even though we're often discarded by our international cousins as being a one trick pony, with rugby (or possibly rowing) as our only source of accolade on the global stage.

  • The Last Sermon

For the month of January, the theme of the sermon series at my local church, Sonlife, was titled "The Last Sermon". It was a series of preaching based on the idea that if you had one last sermon to give to humanity, what would it be? I found the topic very interesting and decided to write an article based on that theme.

  • C.S Lewis, Myths and Question Evolution Day

It's that time again. What time? Why, time to mark Darwin\'s birthday with a big slice of intellectualism, unlike the anti-intellectualism of those who have accepted what\'s become of Darwin\'s theory without due questioning of it.

  • A dad's perspective on… sunscreen

Are you like me and loathe sunscreen? It has become one of those 'hate it, but value it' items.
