He defines the problem as 'how to get followers of Christ back into a local church community.' He speculates that previously loyal Christian people have been disillusioned by one or many factors, including: local parish politics; wider denominational politics; the constant asking of parishioners for money; bickering between, or bad-mouthing of, others in the congregation; and/or perceived lack of integrity by either Church elders or others within the congregation

Only recently, in one week, Mark Tronson, Chairman of Well-Being Australia, learned of several former Church-attending families who had been so frustrated or hurt by the "goings-on" within their respective congregations, that they simply walked away, quite devastated.
Mark Tronson was on a recent Country Town Tour where a situation regarding an alleged 'false accusation' was confided to him by a fellow minister (who was not involved). The Counsel offered was Proverbs 26:2 (KJV): "As the bird by wandering, as the swallow by flying, so the curse causeless shall not come."
They felt that in this case, the New Living Translation was clearer: "Like a fluttering sparrow or a darting swallow, an unfair curse will not land on its intended victim".
The Proverbs, says Mark Tronson is a book of the Bible he reads regularly as a delightful and insightful inspiration.
Great comfort can be taken from the Scriptures, and in this case, and helping the parishioners to understand the Word of the Lord brings much comfort, reassured that unfair comments have no place to land - they simply bounce off, and by implication dissipate into to thin air.
It is imperative that Christian people who come under such attack can find the courage and loyalty to remain in their congregation and to work for the common good.
In also applies to 'prophecies' given by those who somehow consider their words have sway over those to whom they speak – sadly, too many unsuspecting parishioners take such things seriously, and they have not fully been appraised of Proverbs 26 verse 2 that such words, will not land on the intended victim.
This teaching is of such paramount significance that Mark Tronson says it should be shouted from the roof tops and particularly soothed into the hearts of those who have been unjustly dealt with or have had to bear the rigour of false accusations.
It provides such remarkable relief.
