The season so far has not been great, with Jesus Racing taken out in five races!
With a championship place unlikely, Fishtail is excited about winning as many individual races as he can between now and the end of the season.
"We have nothing to lose," says Fishtail. "We are among the fastest team in the Series, but the others are in the running for the championship. They can't afford not to finish. We can, so we will go as hard as necessary. No holds barred!
"Mt Panorama is my favourite track and Bathurst is the pinnacle of the year's racing calendar. I want to win this round more than anything and plan to go as hard as it takes in order to bring home a trophy for the Jesus Racing Team."
The team is just back from the Deni Ute Muster where they mixed with the 25,000-strong (mostly Holden-loving) crowd, taking the (Ford) Jesus Ute to the masses!
Despite the mud and rain, Fishtail also donned a blue singlet with 3500 others to be a part of the world-record attempt.
Now however, he's in Bathurst, and has his sights firmly fixed on crossing the finish line first in every Ute race this weekend.
